I was in last week for a facial-my first time-and I was less than impressed. I imagined I would leave the salon feeling like my skin was refreshed but I left feeling like I needed to shower. My face and shoulders were so oily and had so many products slathered on them. With all the products on my face I started to break out and when I washed it all off it felt like a thick layer of slime on my face. If I was to do it again-I'd schedule a massage rather than a facial. The staff was so nice and facilities were beautiful.
Five stars for Summer. She listened well, made great recommendations and executed perfectly - love the cut and color! Thank you, Summer!
Super professional friendly. I felt like I was at home in Europe. The way Allison B cut my hair ...you just know the minute she touches it that she knows what she is doing .... and more:) and YES. I Don't mind paying good money for good work:)
I have gone to this salon for several different treatments and I am very very happy with every thing I have received so far and just last Friday, April 21,17 with Nicole I got a facial and a pedicure and I was so happy with both and so relaxed when I got home that I said in the recliner and took a nap. I love Pavlova, they always put you number one and make sure if you need anything while you're there you get it.

The staff was nice and helpful. Allison did my hair and she was awesome! She was funny, nice, and did a great job practicing my hair do for my wedding. I can't wait to go back on the day of my wedding! �
