Awesome! I've only been here a few days and had some friends over for dinner. When I found out my oven wasn't working, maintenance was here within 10 minutes to fix the problem. The office staff is also very helpful with everything! Definitely the best apartment community I have lived in so far.

When I moved in I had a faulty air unit. While it was out for almost 2 weeks, they put in a window unit and did everything they could to help my situation & make it right. Great staff!

If you had asked me to write a review four months ago I may have laughed in your face lol! But in all seriousness the new manager Tamera (probably spelled this wrong lol) and her staff have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond to rectify the situation caused from previous managers and we have chose to stay for another year. Thank you Pavillion Lakes staff for understanding our issues and working hard to correct them. Job well done!
Filled out the application today. Can't wait to move in. Love the layout of the townhouse they showed us and loved the landscaping and all the amenities.
Loving my new apartment, love the location, safe area and wonderful office staff!! I've never moved into a cleaner apartment. Absolutely loving my fenced in patio, fireplace and hardwood floors. Everything is kept up well and the staff are amazing. Highly recommend Pavilion Lakes.
