The property management here literally do not care about their tenants. I moved in January and it seemed fine. They were friendly and eager to get me in. I was moving in from out of state, saw their 5 star review and said well that looks great. Three days after moving in, the water heater quit working. I was without hot water for two weeks. We've been here for about 5 months now. We love the location, being close to everything on the Eastside, but sadly we really regret signing a lease here. The apartments are pretty expensive, but very old and run down. They really are not worth the price. The woman who was management when we signed our lease was really nice and attentive, which was what made our decision to live here, despite the not so great condition of the apartments. If you're looking for a place with terrible service then you have found your new home! My air conditioning has been out for 10 days (is still out) and when I filed a work order on their website on day one they said they didn't get a notification and that I should've called. When I called on day 3 of no air conditioning they said someone would be out 2 days later with a new part. It is now going on day 11 and I still have no working air conditioning resulting in my apartment being over 90 degrees! Today I went to the office a... read more
I've been at this apartment complex since last November and its been basically a joke since day one. But today I go to pay rent and they charged me 50$ than any other month just because (Not to mention its over priced to begin with). That is some bull. An thats not to mention the 4 foot crack in my ceiling that leaks water any time it rains.
