Recommendedeverything and it's worth it
Lived there for a year if you don’t sign a lease with them again when you move out you will get outrages charges of nothing but no sense. Anything to get them more money and new appliances. I do not recommend!!
RecommendedI’ve lived here for 3 years - first in a 2 bedroom then 1. Nice apartments - a bit older and will require service from time to time. The old administration was terrible - closed requests without sending the handyman to actually fix anything, never responding to emails etc. But Jayla is amazing - she handled my move out process wonderfully and even canceled my termination fees for ending my lease early when she saw that my bathroom had water damage that the previous admin had not fixed. Horrible maintenance! Huge gaps under patio doors. Takes forever to fix what they do fix. Roof in bathroom has been leaking the whole time I've lived here. Made promises they won't keep. No air filter at all or a place to have one. Nice view with natural light, decent neighbors, and gas stoves though. Staying one more year because I don't wanna move again.
They don't care about the interior of the apartment. We have lived without a functioning bathroom for over a week
