I am extremely disappointed in how Pavilion Crossing Dental Care handles both patient care and billing. During a routine cleaning, my hygienist stabbed my wisdom tooth, adding physical distress. My wisdom tooth had no pain prior to my general cleaning. Furthermore, after my orthodontic care had to be permanently halted due to necessary surgery, the clinic refused to adjust my financial agreement for unrendered services.
