I will not becoming back to this dental office again. Very unorganized and the communication was horrible when it came to knowing where the prescription were located and when the prescription was actually put in. If I could give a 0 star I would.
I've been going for several years because this one is close to my house. The practice had me see different dentists each time and finally my regular hygienist left, so it was getting to be less of a nice experience each time. Hygienists and Dentists are nice, and the experience was ok, but felt rushed. However, last time I was there, they kept me waiting way over time because some machine that was malfunctioning. I want to acknowledge the fine work that Stacey is doing. She is the only reason I am still a customer of Pavilion Crossing Dental Care. No issues with my cleaning yesterday. Jojo was very pleasant. She has a wonderful personality.
