The staff has been very kind and helpful with every purchase. After your purchase is the problem. I dropped my engagement ring off to have the prongs fixed. I was told it would be 1 week, 2 weeks later I was told it would be a few more days they were behind. I understand until a friend drops her newly purchased wedding set off to be appraised and sudered, 3 days later her rings are ready and I still do not have mine. We apologize for any delays in getting your ring back to you. Repairs and/or different types of maintenance are divided amongst jewelers. Some work at a quicker pace than others, but all are equally amazing jewelers. If it seems it was biased, I can assure you it just happens to be the type of job and the jeweler that had that particular job. We value all our clients...the two-day-old ones and the 40-year ones. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope you visit us again.
