Melton and Mr. John Pav are awesome. Gail was when she first started there. As the business grew, so did her attitude......from genuine to rude. I had always enjoyed getting my gorgeous jewelry there but the absolute last time I went there, Gail made such a very rude, unprofessional and un-called-for remark that totally ruined many many years of friendship and shopping. Totally unbelievable.
