Updated Review: I originally had a frustrating experience with Paul’s Collision Repair involving my spouse’s older vehicle after a wreck. There was confusion over the repair sequence, and the first repair performed did not address the subframe issue that was preventing the vehicle from being aligned. I had a mixed experience with Paul’s Collision & Repair. The staff members I dealt with were friendly, especially Tony Kang, who was extremely courteous, reduced the subframe repair cost slightly, and even gave me a ride to and from my apartment. Alan Kruse was also pleasant to speak with. I took my car in for collision service last week, and I was very impressed with the care and professionalism I received. Tony is a wonderful manager who took the time to handle all the issues with my daughter car Toyota Camry and made sure everything was done properly.
