Great people and amazing mechanic!
I've been going to Paul's just about since they opened. The owners... Oh my gosh. I just love Paul and Leah!! Want to talk about good down to earth people who care about you and your vehicle? I'll tell you all you need to know :) Paul will make sure your vehicle is done and done right. Also, his prices are fair so you don't need to worry about that. AND if someone else messed your vehicle up, Paul will fix that too. I've got an older vehicle and he keeps her on the road! They have been a blessing to me :)
We were on our way to Upper Michigan for vacation on a Saturday when our car started to make a funny noise. Luckily Paul was in his garage working on his own antique car. He is not normally open on the weekends. He put his own car aside and was willing to help us out. Paul and Joe took care of us right away. It wasn't long before we were back on the road again. Fast friendly service with great rates! Paul and Joe are very knowledgeable in the garage and Leona is always ready to take your call at the desk!
The staff is friendly and makes sure the problem is fixed for a fair price. The service is fast and thorough. They also took the time to fully explain the issue; how they fixed it and what future problems could develop.
A big thank you to Paul's advanced auto service in Milan, MI. They treated me like family and more importantly did a great job at a good price. Anyone in need of service I highly recommend they went above and beyond. On a side note Belle tire should stick to selling tires. Not only did belle tire misdiagnose you estimated $560 above anyone else including a Chevy dealer. Again I cannot say enough about Paul's service great job!
