Great place for cut and color – I finally made an appointment after asking several women where they got their hair cut/colored and hearing 'paule attar' again and again. I have been seeing Alita for over a year and she is the best I've found in my 5 years in Seattle. Worth the drive to Bellevue. Alita listens to what I want and also makes suggestions. Rude and unprofessional – This was my first and last visit. The front was rude, haughty, and unprofessional. They acted like I was bothering them. No smile, no greetings or welcome. "Are you checking in? Have a seat." What kind of customer service is that? I had a haircut by Paul, no actually she butchered my hair. I look like I went through a shredder. The worst salon experience EVER! – I really do not recommend getting any service here. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had the worst haircut here and asked to get it fixed free of charge and the manager hung up on me. The hair dresser did not give me the hair cut I requested at all. Now, I am going through the growing out phase (frown). She went wild and did her own thing. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Big regrets for going here.
ALEETA ALEETA ALEETA – I came in feeling so blah about my hair but could not pin point what was wrong! Aleeta just looked and me and said "Don't take this wrong but you have no sassiness to your hair, its a little 1994 Jennifer Aniston. Some of this needs to go." Best Facials on the Eastside – I started having facials at Paule Attar by Krysta approximately 1 year ago and have noticed a remarkable difference in my skin. It is much more supple and many of my wrinkles have disappeared. Krysta is helping me age gracefully by personalizing my facial treatments. I would highly recommend Krysta as an your aesthetician.
Average at best with super snobby staff. – I went in with my best friend before her wedding for massages, facials and a style. Wow, when I was getting my massage I can hear the staff talking loudly. Why? Also, when I was on the bed face down there was a bunch of wax on the part I put my face on! I had wax all over half my face and then on my hands when I wiped if from my face. Paule Attar has rockstars for employees – My girlfriend and I have been regular patrons at Paule Attar and have been extremely pleased with the outstanding service we have received from the staff.One particular crew member was beyond great. Innovative European Parisian Artist! – Paula is a magical gifted artist and as a bonus, took ten years off my age!!!! Not only did I feel very stylish in Europe, my husband is crazy about it too! Easy to style and the feedback I get from my friends & family makes me confident. I've been to many high end salons in the Seattle area, but I don't need to search any further. Paule Attar hair & spa – Best hair cut/color/design, etc by Emi. She's amazing and actually LISTENS to what you want. Never a bad hair day with her. Facials/waxing/tints, etc by Leanna are the best! She's so in tuned with what will make your face glow! Can't say enough about these two women. They've kept me as a loyal customer for years.
