The doctor was running behind on my first visit. A kind lady came out to tell us and update us in the waiting room that a case was taking longer than expected, which was appreciated. When I went back to have my excision, the doctor provided the best explanation of my results and step by step instructions on what he was going to do. He then proceeded to explain each step by step during the procedure.
