I worked with Phil Friday via email and also Saturday morning when my husband and I purchased our vehicle from them. They are very quick at responding back on any questions you may have. He really made the experience very quick and painless. The last time we went to a dealership they talked only to my husband when it was going to be my vehicle. I will definitley refer them to friends and family that are looking into getting another vehicle.
