Took our car in for a couple of minor repairs before the warranty expired. Phil was professional in every way. He gave us a loaner car while the repairs were being done and keep us up to speed on what was going on along the way. Going to Paul West is like going to see family. My 10 year old car was in terrible shape. Things continued to go wrong with it over the last year and I honestly wasn't sure what I was going to do if it died on me. I came to the dealership unsure of what to expect. I was met with a very friendly staff who genuinely cared and wanted to see me leave with the best deal possible.
