In my mind, the term Realtor doesn't appropriately describe what Paul does. He is nothing short of a personal advocate with an encyclopedic knowledge of property and a wicked sense of humor. He has steered us clear of many homes with major structural issues just by glancing at them. We have worked with Paul three times now and I am downright terrified of the idea of purchasing a home anywhere out of the greater Houston area where we would have to go with a "regular" realtor. Paul was an amazing and successful realtor. He put our condo up for sale on a Wednesday, and by Sunday morning we had several offers to choose from, many even over asking price. He walked us through the home selling process and make it easy for us to understand.
