I would seriously challenge anyone to find something adverse to say about Paul in relation to his efforts as a Real Estate Professional. It was such an enriching experience to be educated on so many aspects of property purchase, ownership, and just the real estate market in general that blew us away. I couldn't believe that a realtor could be so attentive to a buyers needs. Our well being was always his first priority. I know we couldn't possibly be his only client. But that is exactly how we felt during this whole experience. Though at times I wanted to explode during this whole loan approval process. Paul walked us through it and explained everything as we went. He feels more like a friend than just our Realtor. As long as Paul is a Realtor. I'll recommend ONLY him to friends and family."

Without question, Paul Silverman exceeded my expectations as a realtor. I felt his priority was finding a perfect home that fit my needs. As a first time buyer it was very helpful to have him explain the home buying process, he educated me on what to look for when inspecting homes, he was very thorough and detail oriented, and remained in close contact throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a home and I hope to work with him again in the future.

We were living out of the area when we were looking for a home in Houston. Paul was extremely patient and very informative when showing us different area of Houston. Paul is very knowledgeable about home inspections and what to look for. Paul was great to work with, especially since we were out of the area. I would highly recommend Paul.

Paul is an amazing agent and made the process easy to understand. We were moving from the state of Washington which presented many obstacles. Paul worked with us to schedule home tours when we were available, explained the Houston market to us, arranged for service professionals, checked on our home after the historic floods and many other things.
