I would rather leave my shoulder tendons mangled and tore then to have to deal with their receptionist. In trying to schedule an appointment, I have called in what must be 20 times. Each time it is no less than a 10 minute wait to get a recording. Then you can select a number that leads to at least another 10 minute wait. You then request to make an MRI appointment, and they take your name and number and tell you that the MRI department will call you back.
