Customer service was great from the first phone call, to the initial visit through to the service visit - very professional, courtesy and fourth coming with detailed information - an absolute pleasure. I am happy!!
I am very pleased with our service. Wendy was wonderful. The technician as well very curious and quick. My only concern is that I was told the furnace was carrier but there is a different name on the furnace. Still, I liked the furnace and it's amazing. Thank you!

Sunday afternoon, without warning, we didn't have any water. We called several places and Nebrasky called us back right away. Greg L. Came to the house within hours and explained what might be wrong and explained what our options were. He was very knowledgable and courteous. We were very happy with this service

I usually don't fill out surveys but our experience today with the installation of our sink with Greg made me change my mind. Greg was very professional and did a fabulous job of cleaning up afterwards! Love my new sink! Thanks leslie
The tech arrived right on time. Greg was very professional. He advised me on future repairs that might need to take place. Overall A+ My only concern is the price rate. Even though it wasn't exorbitant, it was a bit higher than expected for a zone valve replacement.
Keith solved our problem...and we're grateful for that. I think $526. is rather steep for the hour and a half he was here, but I do understand it was a Sunday emergency and it was -8. I must confess that we do hesitate before calling you as it's never a "deal', but you are there when we really need you...and we appreciate that aspect.
