This man does not stand behind his work, had to have procedure redone at my own cost with a plastic surgeon.
Had a blepharoplasty which did not help the hooding that I had and actually left scars on the sides. Also, the incision was not along the crease, which looks bad. I actually look older after the surgery. I regret having it.
Would not recommend insensitive staff
At age 70 my peripheral vision was disappearing due to skin droop. Dr. Morgan did surgery to lift the skin over my eyes and remove a growth. He is very personable, explains options throughly and isn’t one to rush you out. I would return if ever I needed eye surgery .

He is the BEST!
Dr Rosenberg has been with me for 31 years. He has treated me for thyroid eye disease and sarcoidosis. He is kind and caring. He is thorough and general in his examination and has phenomenal bed side manner before and after surgery. His staff are very capable and great about getting you in for chronic or emergency situations. Would, and have, recommended him to family and friends.
During a 2 year period, having gone through 3 unsuccessful eye surgeries with a prior surgeon, I found Dr Rosenberg online. Dr Rosenberg is absolutely the best at what he does. I had a blocked tear that he operated on and it has been draining great for over 2 years.
Made an appt with Dr Mogan at the Webster office for a Pelleve treatment of pillow wrinkles on my cheek After going through breast cancer ,pneumonia. Chronic fatigue and rib fractures,I felt the need for a little pickup to,make me feel better,I read about the treatments inthe office and it's done by radiofrequency . not painful but feel a little heat burn and had some redness. Had a 2nd treatment today, and I can see results of plumping up my skin which causes new collagen to grow.
