They let your drive over an hour away to look at a vehicle that they guarantee is there only to find out upon arrival that it’s not there and they (including management) think that’s good business. They should be upfront with their potential customers, rather than allow someone to drive so far knowing that the vehicle the customer is interested in isn’t there.
