I live in Stanford. I left no less then 6 messages about a car that was on their website and NO return calls . Next day I left 3 more messages and nobody returned my calls. Why does a dealership this size NOT answer phone during business hours. ? Long story short I drive all the way there today to see the car ( which as of noon today said AVAILABLE ) just to find out the website isn’t updated and the car was not available and had been sold for some time. I called and talked to a salesman about a vehicle we found online and was told it was available and that we could even come take it out for the day. I just stopped by to view said vehicle and suddenly it was actually a demo with 5k miles (which was never discussed before) and it miraculously sold before I got there. Don't waste your time with this distasteful gimmicky establishment.
