Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at Paul Miller Mazda. I was excited to buy my first car from this company only to be offended as a person and my decision to purchase an expensive vehicle rather than lease. They wasted my entire day only to tell me that I was a young girl who thought I could just easily purchase an expensive car without even knowing my financial status or buyers plan. We took the car in to fix two recalls, we picked it up to a dead battery and it cut off in the middle of new circle road. Now they claim or battery went bad and we need to buy a new one.... and it has new electrical issues that were not an issue prior to getting the car serviced. our battery was just fine before we left the car here. They caused the issues and won't just fix them instead of blaming us. Bad business.
