After purchasing a couple of Audis at Paul Miller, we just leased our first one. Our salesperson, Jamie Panariello was wonderful. We came in and test drove 2 models and left to make our decision. Jamie was helpful, knew her product, patient and listened to exactly what we wanted. Our second visit resulted in us leasing a new A4. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking to buy or wanting more info about the new A4! We will be back for the S in 3 years. Pleasure doing business with you Jamie!

My service rep, Lou B, is great. Always explains what needs to be done on my vehicle beforehand, meets my requested service completion time, and hand-holds me when I return for pick-up - assists in the loaner return, reviews my service report, and even ran one time to get my car himself when the valets were overwhelmed with customers.
