By far, the worst service experience I have ever had. Not only did they not call me with an update, but when I called to check in on my car, they told me that there were no issues with the car and to come pick it up. Phillip, the service clerk even had the audacity to say "I am not going to argue with you." The worst customer service experience I have ever had. And, of course, my issues that I came in for were not resolved.

RecommendedDealt with Service Advisor Ysrael Sanchez. Called and spoke with Mr Sanchez, he gave me an estimate for a routine service on my Audi A3. Service was out of pocket which I already was aware but Mr Sanchez double checked to see if there were any care free maintenance available (none avail). He booked the appointment for a Saturday morning to wait. When I arrived at the dealership a gentlemen checked my car in and directed me to Mr Sanchez.
