These "sales people" people have a very unique way of talking down to a customer. Felt an overwhelming sense of suspicion from the sales person when speaking about trade in vehicles. Their email system seemingly hasn't been updated since dial-up connections were a thriving commodity. Lastly with the one vehicle I expressed interest in, they decided it would be best to string me along for over a week and then let me know that it was now "under contract". What a cast of nimrods.

The most professional people I have worked with, David and Michael. My family and I went to our scheduled appointment and the car was already out front for us. They helped us right away, the process took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Very fast, exact, and very professional. The car was for our daughter and David took the time to explain everything in the car to her with all the details. It was a pleasant experience and we recommend everyone to get their cars from there. Thank you Paul Miller Audi for making it so easy !!

By far, the worst service experience I have ever had. Not only did they not call me with an update, but when I called to check in on my car, they told me that there were no issues with the car and to come pick it up. Phillip, the service clerk even had the audacity to say "I am not going to argue with you." The worst customer service experience I have ever had. And, of course, my issues that I came in for were not resolved.
