I purchased a used car, as is, and I knew this. When the car had a misfire less than a day later, they offered a full refund, they didn't have to do this. I loved the car and asked them to just take a look and see if they could diagnose the issue. They found that it was some water had gotten in to the ignition coils, dried it out, and I am ecstatic to have the car back in a couple of hours. Special thanks to one super sales person, Jamie Panariello who made this a truly great experience!

The service representative assigned to my car is Natasha Mapp. She is very helpful, knows me every time I contact her, and helps me get discounts on my service.It is always a pleasure to deal with her. She let's me talk with the mechanic to clarify any questions I may have. I have always been given a loaner car if my car will be in the shop a great length of time.

For everyone to know: this dealership discriminates towards customers who use insurance to pay for any repair service. Meaning, they do NOT provide loaner vehicles if repairs are being paid by insurance companies. I have my car being serviced right now, and naturally they were very nice taking in the car, giving an estimate for $3,000 (THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS), and when the insurance company approved the work, they simply said 'We don't give loaners for insurance work - you need to find alternative transportation'.
