Ive been coming to Dr Kwons office for maybe 4 years now. I finally met Dr Kwon during my recent visit last week. Dr Kwon was incredible welcoming and made me feel at ease. I have always seen Dr Kelly Nguyen. She is the kindest and sweetest DO I’ve ever come across in my life. I cannot stress how amazing it feels to be EXCITED to see my optometrist. Dr.Paul Kwon was great.He is knowledgeable and explain very well what was going on. Appointment was smooth and had advanced technology to scan eye.I chose the non drop so i can not be blurry.Team was fast and easiest onboarding paper.Also convenient location inside Costco with great selection of frames.

I brought my mom to Dr. Paul Kwon at Hayward Costco after questionable, subpar experiences at our prior optometry and eyeglasses location. Everything greatly exceeded our expectations. The administrators were friendly, caring, helpful, and fast. Dr. Kwon was speedy with his exam, helpful, and knowledgeable. My mom and I are both extremely happy with the convenience, service and cost! We look forward to staying with Optometrists at Costco moving forward!
