Dr. Ruff is an amazing and skilled surgeon! He is definitely a 5 star physician. I love how he made me look and feel...my self-confidence has been completely restored by Dr. Ruff! From the minute I called the practice through my last post-op, I could not have been more impressed with Dr. Ruff and his team!
I am taking Dr, Ruff to court after he ruined my appearance by misrepresentation of both his skill and knowledge of a procedure. The end result has hurt me in career and love, He has hired a high powered lawyer and will go to court with guns drawn. I have to represent myself. But even if the lawyers out gun me -- it is definitely a David and Goliath situation - I believe at least I will have stood up for others who may have been victimized by him and by it being on the public record perhaps it will save others from enduring ... read more
Dr. Ruff is a skilled, talented and exceptional surgeon. I went to him for a consultation for breast augmentation revision. He exceeded my expectations with his approach and explanation about what he could do to make me look and FEEL better than I currently felt. To top things off, he suggested just a small procedure that would add so greatly to the new look of my breasts. Although I was hesitant I trusted his advice. Dr. Ruff is the best plastic surgery ever. His knowledge, compassion, and bedside manners are top of the line. I appreciated the comfort he gave me prior to my surgery and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Dr. Ruff is indeed an awesome physician who has a "Patient First" attitude. Words cannot fully express how grateful I am to this Doctor. He has operated on my mother twice and each time has treated her like she was family. He was gentle, took a ton of time with her before, during and after each procedure. Each visit always had lots of hugs, laughs and a few tears of gratitude. Dr. Ruff is very warm, caring, and pleasant to be around - he treats his patients very well. However, his work is awful. I would have to say that I wish I had gone to a different plastic surgeon for my surgery. After spending thousands there, I absolutely hate my face. I beleive I actually looked better before seeing him. Please do yourself a favor and shop around. Dr. Ruff might be warm, but who cares about that if his work is less than satisfactory.
Dr. Ruff utilized hyaluranidase under my eyes incorrectly in order to correct Restylene gone bad that left my undereye area lumpy. He promised that my appearance would be better instead it left me with deep lines in my tear trough area and large bags under my eyes. I now look ten years older and have to spend lots of money to correct the damage he did to my face. Its horrible.
tay away. He injected me under my eyes with an injectible that I later found out he had little experience with. I was left with huge bags under my eyes and deep lines in my tear troughs. He recommended that I use the injectible to "improve my appearance" instead I now look 10 years older. He is reckless and untrustworthy. He refused to help after he had damaged my face and I was forced to go to another plastic surgeon who is now working to try to repair the damage from Dr. Ruff. Dr. Ruff did a blepharplasty for me a couple of years ago and added fat to the hollows under my eyes. Several months following my surgery, I ended up with lumps under my eyes and received some comments to the effect of "what happened to your eyes?" Dr. Ruff apparently did not have the expertise to resolve this situation and I have had to spend a great deal of money and time for other doctors to fix this problem. To this day, my face still doesn't look the way it should.
