Built my house with Paul Fick homes in 2016. Very easy to work with, always willing to help, and always putting the customer first. Great group of people.
My wife and I built with Paul Fick Homes and we are always PROUD to tell friends and family who built our home. The process went very smoothly, any questions we had were answered, everything was done on time, and the end product is beautiful! This is our first home and in the future, if God still has us in the Sioux Falls area, we will be building with Paul Fick Homes again.
Paul built our first two homes, if we decide to build a third, he will be the one building it!
Poor communication throughout the process and afterwards trying to use the "warranty" that we were supposed to get. We literally had to keep track of everything and constantly double check and continuously call to get things done. After 18 months, the poor quality is reallly starting to show on everything from the HVAC to the cheap siding to the poor quality concrete on the driveway. Unless you're prepared to "upgrade" everything, Paul uses the cheapest quality materials that are not going to last. Stay away!
