Dr Yau is an outstanding surgeon/Dr !! Extremely busy, also very thoughtful & caring. He takes the time to listen to his pts & answers questions ,even if he doesn't know the exact answer @ the time - he'll figure it out ! Love you Dr Yau.
Dr Yao is amazing as well as his staff. They don’t rush you during your visit. They make sure you understand everything and you can ask questions and get the answers honestly. I would highly him.
Dr. Yau literally saved my life. I was in so much pain with my right knee. Maryville Orthopedic just x-rayed, gave me cortisone and some kind of gel shots, and said, "Lose weight." Can't lose much weight literally dragging a leg while you contemplate 24/7 cutting off with your Sawzall. I seriously thought if this was the rest of my life, I'd take the easy out. One of the best. I had the best experience with my hip replacement. It could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Dr. Yau.
This was my first major surgery for a hip replacement and my experience was wonderful. The surgery went well and all the follow up calls after my surgery made me realize he and his staff really cared about me.
