I had significant knee pain for several years. Dr. Yau was recommended by my dear pastor friend at our church. At my first visit, I was seen by Hannah, the PA to discuss my basic medical history. and set up my CT scans and related pre-op meetings. Dr. Paul Yau is a great doctor and so is his staff. They deal with a lot and patients need to be patient if you have to wait to be seen. When you are seen, you may be experiencing a problem they have to take care of and puts them behind for others. So be patient and understand, don't complain, you wouldn't want them to rush if you had a situation!
Paul Yau and his staff were fantastic! Their professional performance and personal attention made my surgery and recovery as easy as it could be!! I recommend him to everyone! I will not hesitate to go to him should I need further surgery!! Thank you!
