The entire staff is so wonderful because they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. If going to the dentist make you feel uncomfortable, then this is the place for you. Dr. Dean is great as well as my hygienist Tanya. I can't say enough great things about ALL staff members.
Always being the same is preferred when the status quo is excellent. I know that whether cleaning or filling, the folks at Dr. Dean's are going to be friendly, transparent, patient, thorough, and kind. Their new "toy", a global sort of x-ray machine, eliminates the previously uncomfortable task of biting on film slides. Now, the process of taking x-rays is fast, easy, and not at all unpleasant. My appointment was handled by a very competent efficient dental hygienist. She was very polite and caring. I was very pleased with my service.
I've been seeing Dr John for YEARS and he has never disappointed me. He also sees my husband, my mother, two of my grandaughters and several friends.
