I had a pipe burst and Paul Davis was contacted by my insurance company. They contacted me the same day and were here the next morning to begin clean up. During the whole process the communicated promptly, showed up as promised and throughly explained everything. They were very courteous. I would highly recommend them. A special shout out to Destiny, Austin, Kasey and Aidan. They were fantastic!

I would like to give a big thank you to Kasey Austin, destiny and Aiden from Paul David recover. We had a sewage backup up they did an amazing job cleaning The basement and they were right on it great team they work hard highly recommend Paul David recovery

Wow, what professionalism by a great company. Had a tree fall on house, ins. co. referred me to Paul Davis. The interaction with the professionals I dealt with was 10 out of 10. Receptionist, Jill, fantastic, project supe. Mike awesome, Douglas, finance, unbelievable helpful on navigating the insurance process. All were very helpful, honest, straight forward and respectful. Could not ask for a better company to work with.

Good start - terrible follow-through!! If our experience had ended with remediation, Paul Davis Restoration would have easily received 5 stars. After our dishwasher leaked on July 17 and caused damage in our home, the remediation team — Kasey, Logan, Austin, and Eric — were professional, communicative, and efficient from start to finish.
