After a pipe burst behind a wall in my kitchen, my insurance company engaged Paul Davis Restoration of New Haven to handle the inintial clean up and mitigation. EDIT 3/6/25: Finally settled out in January. I chose to not continue business with PDR. EDIT 11/11/24: Communication has improved since originally posting this. I am hopeful of finally scheduling the rebuild. This has been the worst nightmare I have ever experienced. It’s been July (over 3 months ago) since Paul Davis destroyed my home and no progress of “restoration” has even started.
