PRV burst in my condo doing considerable water damage to the living room and dining room. From Chris Sandage whose team did the water mitigation quickly to Amber Yost the estimator to Keith Nystrom who made sure the dry wall and painting was back to original state I cannot say enough! Timely, professional and compassionate to someone who was a tad freaked out!
Great team, great experience. My team (Amber, Keith, Victor, Freddy, and Alex) were great. They showed up on time, they were professional and meticulous and treated my home like it was their own. Keith and Alex checked in thought the day and Victor and Freddy were excellent. I would hire Paul Davis again.

Paul Davis replaced our kitchen wood floor as part of a USAA settlement. As the program Manager, Cory Merryweather kept us informed of the process until finished. The floor was done on time with the proper materials as promised, and we couldn't be happier. Great job by the Paul Davis Team!
Let see, the job took 8 to 14 weeks longer then promised, was met with a myriad of excuses from parts broken upon arrival, lost in transit, shipping took longer than expected, to "we cannot control what is shipped to us, only what is ordered". This was the preferred vender of my Insurance Company and I took this to be a sign of quality based on my membership with and reputation of USAA.
