RecommendedAmber Yost, helped me determine I had a water leak in my home, in the evening on her own time. She recommended that I contact my insurance company, on my condo, to start the claim process. Her due diligence and advice was instrumental in helping me negotiate with the insurance company and having Paul Davis assist me.
After another contractor completely dropped the ball, PDR stepped in and did an amazing job in a professional and timely manner. Amber Yost and Keith Nystrom were responsive, professional and personable. The workmanship was excellently done. I Highly recommend PDR!!
Keith Nystrom, the Project Manager for the renovation and restoration of my mothers condo, was as good as they get! He was professional, competent, timely and detail oriented. He did everything expected and then some. He came back to execute the punch list and went above and beyond what was asked of him. He was kind and courteous and a pleasure to do business with! My shed was severely damaged by a tree fall. This company came out and took pictures for the insurance company. The next day they tried to get me to sign off on a work order. The insurance company had not even seen the pictures much less approved the claim. THIS IS UNETHICAL. I would not trust this company.

We had Stephen Manuel out of Ruckersville for Paul Davis come out yesterday to do an emergency tarp job. He was very friendly, very informative and did his work in a fading light & steady rain. A true professional. Definitely represents the company extremely well. We will use this company again, without hesitation, if ever needed.
All members of the repairs team communicated well. I needed siding replaced, and it's no longer being manufactured. My Project Manger, Ernest, and Estimator, Amber, worked diligently to find the correct match and kept me informed every step of the way. The repair crew on site did an excellent job of tarping so no additional damage was incurred before the siding could be replaced. Our building was undergoing a major pipe replacement project and I was going out of town. I was able to trust Amber and Keith of Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling to look after my condo and repair and restore a number of items not covered by the building’s contractor. When I returned, I was pleased to find that Paul Davis folks had taken care of everything. Not only capable but trustworthy- very special characteristics. I highly recommend them.
Amber Yost and Keith Nystrom's team did a great job repairing the ceiling damage in my master bedroom and bathroom caused by the roofing contractors hired by my HOA. These were damages that my HOA maintenance people said that they could not make due to the fact that we have a waterbed that I refused to drain and disassemble in order to facilitate their access by ladder to the damaged areas.
