I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration Their management, in particular Amber Yost (Commercial Loss Specialist) and Keith Nystrom (Senior Project Manager) were terrific. They provided timely and accurate information along with superior quality control. The work crew themselves were exemplary. The courteous and professional manner in which they conducted repairs and the speed and quality of work is the best I’ve seen in many years. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants pain free quality work done.
We had a catastrophic leak in our condo that required tearing up the kitchen floor. We were put in contact with Paul Davis Co. by our insurance company, and it worked out very well. Amber Yost skillfully coordinated the aspects of the job: insurance, flooring, other restoration. Our interaction with project manager Keith Nystrom and the head of the flooring team, Shervin Bayat, was easy and pleasant. We like the new kitchen floor even better than what we had before.
I had water damage from a leaking water heater that damaged my hardwood floor, drywall and bathroom vanity. Paul Davis was assigned by my insurance company and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Amber Yost evaluated the damage and worked with the insurance company to get all the needed repairs done. Amber was always available to answer questions. Once the repairs started the Foreman Keith kept me up to date with what was being done and made sure the job was done well.
They did a good job in my bathroom we so happy for y'all help guys
Betty Hilleary was quite responsible in explaining the pack out protocols to me today. Her customer service was impressive with her awesome attitude and apparent ability to work well with her team mates. I look forward to her return tomorrow to finish my pack out. This has been a very stressful situation with a water damage to my home, but Paul Davis has been exceptional thru it all.
