From the very beginning I was very impressed with the care and concern of the company. They showed up on the same day of the fire (which was a Sunday) and boarded up damaged windows. We had trees fall on our house in July 2019. Chimney, deck, fence, roof, interior drywall damage. Chimney repaired, no damper replaced. Deck repaired, not stained. Fence repaired. Still no roof. Some roofing materials have been sitting in our yard a couple months. Interior ceiling still cracked. No response to emails. I'm to the point of frustration and stress, embarrassed that I even recommended them. At this point I just want my money back so I can find someone else. This has been a nightmare.
