The condo above me had a pipe that burst and ran all night long before it was discovered. I heard a loud know on my door at 7am; I was still in bed. I threw on my robe and headed for the door when I realized I was walking in water. I glanced at the ceiling and saw it beginning to cave in. I would give half or no stars at this point. Would never recommend them. Have had numerous communication gaps, numerous emails to get issues resolved and they have used incompetent workers and subcontractors. Maybe their bad workmanship or poor quality is a reflection of all of the trades. They also "forget" to have rough inspections done by the city so after Paul Davis "finishes" the job we can have them come back 2 months later and drill a hole in one of our closets so the city inspector can verify and sign off on the plum... read more

One word... Amazing!.. I contacted my insurance co about water that had leaked thru the kitchen ceiling, they highly recommended PD, 15 min after they called, a rep from PD was called me, 15 later Sean, who was assigned to my home called and said he would be here in 20, and that he was. He assessed my home and what needed to be done. 1 hour later Manuel and Tyler came over to contain the damage, place dehumidifiers/ hepa filters, tarp the roof, remove damaged flooring and drywall. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I had Paul Davis do the restoration on my condo after the building had a fire less than 2 months after I bought it and I honestly regret letting Paul Davis touch any of my stuff. I had the bad luck of dealing with Tom VandenBoom and Scott Hill. They did such a bad job that I actually had to get them to give me money to cover the cost of me fixing their mistakes and I'm still finding things wrong. They sent me to Tim ...Continue Reading

Scott and Tom have given us nothing but headaches! The insurance company chose Paul Davis and it has been the worst experience! If you get assigned to Tom and Scott or Paul Davis in general try as hard as you can to break free from them and switch to anyone else. The most recent appalling event happened today... Paul Davis left a soaking wet blanket in our washing machine ever since we had a fire at our home last year. When we had to get the house "de smelled" before moving back home, the Paul Davis team was the logic choice. Dennis and Chad took the reins, and along with the rest of the crew, transformed the whole inside of our house. Everyone was knowledgeable and skilled at what they were doing. There were texts and phone calls advising what was coming next and who was coming over when. Pics were taken and texted to me, so we weren't left in the dark. I was so thankful for Paul Davis. We didn't know who to call, and thankfully called Paul Davis. It was opening deer hunting and I didn't think we would find an electrician for days, but they got someone over the next day! Chad and Matt were unbelievable. They arranged everything, made all the calls, and had contractors here by 8am! They explained everything and Matt would check to make sure things were done well.
