I absolutely would never recommend this company. Our insurance company recommended this company and it the worst experience ever. communication is terrible. we never new when workers would be here until we called to check in. Then we were over charged grossly and have been waiting to the refund check for weeks. The mail doesn't move that slow. Disappointment is a major understatement. Getting super angry.
RecommendedThe mitigation team from Paul Davis was exceptional. They were prompt and efficient in coming in with the equipment needed to dry out our basement after we had water damage. They kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going as planned and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you for a job well done.

I just want Paul Davis to know that my mother and my siblings are very happy with the restoration completion of my mother's kitchen, dining and family room that was related to water damage caused by an ice dam. Incompetent. Our project has been going on since December 2017. Quality of construction sub par at best. The customer shouldn't have to tell a worker what or how to do a task that he was hired to do. Communication: 1/5 Workmanship: 1/5 Sending Invoices before job is complete: 5/5 Promise things they cant/wont deliver: 5/5 Not good....at all....call a real general contractor
4/5/18 Thursday morn brought us a home lower level conflagration of sewer backup. Panic; a call to our Country Financial Home Insurance. An amazing response from Paul Davis in plumber visit (Danie & Jim) to clear the drain; then within half an hour an array of five Paul Davis men working so hard to disinfect/clean, pull out carpet and paneling etc.; key attribute-\-\very respectful! .
