The worst service and the most selfish people working this location . Brought my truck in for oil change at 7am they could not get truck done .no phone call nothing Thanks for wasting my time will never bring my truck back here

Justin Philips & the Paul Cerame Crew R #1!!. There is a reason that I have purchased 6 vehicles from there dealership (yes, 6). I just traded a 2013 Ford Flex in for a 2015 Ford Flex & I couldn't have received a better deal no matter how hard I could have tried!! This is the first type of a service of this magnitude I have had done here... Just had brakes done front and rear. Front 195.00......rear 366.00. That's their price okay but after paying this great amount there is a 18.86 Misc. charge ask the service guy and all he had to say was that is on all ticket just a shop fee as if I haven't already paid enough... I would like to know what is that fee for...
Buying a car here was great. 2+ hours for an oil change EVERY TIME is BEYOND ridiculous.

I have to say that I was less than excited on my way to look at trucks today. My past experiences in dealing with car sales people / dealerships have lead to a lot of undue stress. My experience today was quite the opposite. Justin Phillips and the rest of the folks at Paul Cerame really did a bang up job.
