I went to Paul Cerame Ford on February 2nd to look at some of their certified preowned cars. I had seen a few online that I wanted to check out and test drive. While walking the lot I was approached by salemas Donell Canada. I told him off the jump that I was already Pre-approved through my credit union and the price range I was looking to say in. Scheduled an appointment for 930am for a diagnostic test for a check engine light. They charge 142.00 just for that. I waited an hour and a half before being told what the problem was. Of course they offered to fix it but I would still be charged for the diagnostic. I know it's the dealer but I've never been charged for the diagnostic if I agreed to have the vehicle fixed. I just think it's highway robbery. The wait time was really long especially since I had an appointment set.

Kia of WAKANDA! Those brothers in the service department were kind and very courteous! Took my bags, escorted me to the waiting area and updated me on my car status. Not to mention, the brothers on deck were quite handsome! Hint ladies! Buy a Kia or come Get my car and go get some more work done on it! Lol! know I’m being extra but today’s services were awesome. Everyone finds the time to be negative and tear people to pieces but today- everyone on deck was all about business! In and out in record time. Thank you-
