March 20, 2017 the Paul B***** good car their Customer Management service department has been handled very poorly. Richard/Wayne are the manipulators of good customer service. I've continue to have a negative outcome twice in the maintenance Dept. Twice an after Market Compressor was place in my in my 2011 Acura which both times explored and contaminated other parts of my Vehicle, I bought the extended Warrenty to protect myself from this type of Delema.
