I purchased a 2017 Nissan Versa on 08/16/2019. I did not even want this car. It was the car I was told I qualify for. I had the rear breaks changed two months ago and it took 7 hours to complete. I missed work and not to mention when I finally got my car back all of the dash lights were on. Before leaving the lot I turned around and informed the service manager. After searching dealership after dealership i came across paul blanco after hearing their add on the radio sure enough i walked in there with a complicated situation with my income and paperwork. Al made it happen and closed one of the best deals ive been offered within various lots. They even gave me a ride to my home in galt to drop off my car and brought me back to stockton just so i could drive off with my new car. By far one of the best experiences ive had with car dealerships. Im forever grateful for these guys.

These people are very accomplished liars. When purchasing my car and going through finance I told them I had my own financing, The manager told me 'I dont see any other inquires on your credit report" As if I was a (THE) liar. They buried the CARFAX report that my car had been in an accident until the end when everything else had been signed. We bought a car from paul blanco in February, we later found out we couldn't keep the car because there wasn't a bank that would work with us... that's not the problem. The problem is, after returning the car they have failed to give us back our deposit. When we call to speak to them they NEVER answer their phones and when they do answer they coincidently dont know what we are talking about.
