Customer service is EXCELLENT. Everyone is friendly. I went to the Nissan dealership in Summit one time because I didn’t trust my son’s Altima to make to Brookhaven. I went to another Nissan dealership closer to home (Hattiesburg). They were rude and acted like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. I called Jamie and he told me he had exactly what I needed. I drove up there this morning and this afternoon I drove my new car home. No hassle. No problems. We just bought my daughters Rogue and it was such an easy experience! Jamie really took care of her and made sure she knew how it worked and was comfortable! All the staff was very nice.
A couple days ago the low tire pressure warning light came on in my 2014 Maxama. Right front tire low. Took it to Paul Barnett Nissan for service. Took it to Paul Barnett Nissan for service. Also, asked for them to check the programming on the left front window. It would lower with one touch but the window button had to be held up for the window to close. Leak fixed, tire at proper pressure, and the window works correctly. How much? NO CHARGE!!! AWSOME SERVICE!
