The staff there is all excellent, always a warm greeting when I walk in, they know me by name, very flexible with scheduling, and above all incredibly kind.
Not happy that you suggested surgery, orthodontics, and bite plate and also tens therapy to my 15 year old. She has an anxiety disorder and you'd know that seeing her long list of medications. I'm so shocked that all of that would be presented by the hygienist in the waiting room...and then again by Dr Lippi, in front of Kimberly and also Kara. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have never once been hurt in the many years I've been to Dr. Lippi's office.
