So I am changing this review, my experience with the product was bad, my nails lifted and broke after a week, however, the nail tech that did them was absolutely professional and offered to make it right. I live a good drive awAy so that won't be necessary but that sincere apology and offer to fix was enough to make me change from 1 star to 5 stars. This make me upset, I plained my day around this haircut, I received a text that my was at 12:30, I was thinking hey how cool is that, I get a text about my appt, then I receive a text at 10 o'clock this morning about my appt is at 1 ok still pretty cool because thinking she must be running behind and they tell you, I receive a text as I'm driving there 20 minutes ahead of schedule your appointment has been no showed very upset, I called and explained that I received a text that my appt has been moved via a text, she says th... read more

The only thing I can honestly think happened was they forgot to schedule your wax and when they realized it it texted you at the time they put it down I'm very sorry and willing to make it worth while for you whether with myself or one of the other stylist please let me know what we can do for you Terri
Teri Dickinson did my hair for my September 17, 2016 wedding. Teri has been doing my hair since I was a teenager. She is absolutely awesome and always does an amazing job. Z Best is the only salon that I will go to for my hair. All of the ladies in there are awesome but Teri totally gets me. My hair was even better than I expected. Teri is so flexible and understanding of our unorganized-ness. As always she went above and beyond for my wedding day.
