Dr Peterson has bad bedside manners
Dr. Patterson is an excellent surgeon. He operated my left hand and did an excellent and very professional job. His team is very attentive and helpful. I am happy with the result of my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson and his team—both at the office and at the clinic where he performs surgeries.
Do NOT visit this office if you are in need of urgent care or compassion. I was told this office had “urgent” care services. I called ahead to see if they took my insurance and told them I was 10 minutes away. On arrival, there was a sign at the front desk saying they would be back in 45 minutes (they could have told me that over the phone). I was in extreme pain and had to wait 2 hours before being taken back for x rays. I then waited in pain for another hour while listening to the nurses laugh and joke in the hallway. No s... read more
