Verified Renter Quiet place to live. Good amenities laundry gym and park nearby. Park was redone. The gym was too with new equipment. Dog park to take your dog to play. Maintenance gets done in a timely manner.

Verified Renter It’s been good but honestly I’m never home due to work. Neighbors don’t bother. I have only had two problems so far and they fixed it in a timely manner.

Verified Renter Good quiet environment. New update in the gym. Equipment that is brand new and good quality. Park for the kids to play in was also upgraded. My daughter loves to play at the park. Good amenities on property. Maintenance gets done in ample time. Good place to live.

Verified Renter Really great apartments, in a quiet neighborhood. The only problem would be the extreme spider problem. The webs always come very bad at night no matter how many times you bring them down, also the spiders are huge. If you leave your window open you will get small ones inside your house. Another thing would be the weird untold fees added to rent. For example, the trash fee I was not told whenever going over the initial lease .People dont pick up their dogs poop which is weird also.
