Verified Renter Really great apartments, in a quiet neighborhood. The only problem would be the extreme spider problem. The webs always come very bad at night no matter how many times you bring them down, also the spiders are huge. If you leave your window open you will get small ones inside your house. Another thing would be the weird untold fees added to rent. For example, the trash fee I was not told whenever going over the initial lease .People dont pick up their dogs poop which is weird also.

Verified Renter I like the apartments location near to Fort Bragg therefore a Military community, a better neighbors than when I moved in few years ago. Also a plus that's near the Spring Lake Library.

Verified Renter Good quiet place to live. New gym with equipment that’s a great place to go! Park redone for kids to play at. New slides, swings playground to enjoy. Pool, laundry on site, park for dogs to play in. Friendly staff.
