Verified Renter Good neighborhood. Quiet, Playground for kids to play with. Gym that was redone. Dog park for pets to run around. Maintenance done in a timely manner. Friendly staff, good place to live.
Verified Renter Currently I am disappointed with management and the nonsense about the trash. The trash is now being weighted and divided amongst the tenets. We're not gated and we don't have cameras, so how do the tenants or management stop other people from coming over here emptying there trash. I don't have extra money to spend on trash. If I have to pay extra here then I can take mine to the county trash on my way to work for free.

Verified Renter The staff here is friendly and helpful. We moved here, on August 9, 2024, and the move-in process was smooth. The community is quiet. I would recommend Patriot Point to my family and friends!

Verified Renter Great place to live. So convenient to everything. Walmart is less than 10 minutes away. We have awesome neighbors with no complaints of being loud or disruptive. We also have an amazing gym and pool. The police and fire station is less than 4 minutes away. There’s also a recreation center within minutes.
