Verified Renter Good environment quiet neighborhood, Pool in the summer for the kids to enjoy. Park for kids to play, enough room to run around. Dog park is awesome too. The gym remodeled is a great perk. Friendly staff.

Verified Renter Honestly the staff is really amazing and made moving very simple and fast.. The 3 star is really based off the bad smell in my apartment that I cant get rid of since i moved in. Kids in the neighborhood play knock knock run too much. And there is always dog poop by my front door although i don't have any pets.. For Its price range i would expect better for sure.

Verified Renter I love the location it’s quiet and all the neighbors keep to themselves. It’s back in a little corner so there isn’t any through traffic and that’s really nice. The maintenance is always really fast if there is ever an issue.

Verified Renter Awesome apartment complex a 5-10 minute drive from Fort Bragg. I've stayed here for about six months. It is great value for the low price. And the community here is safe and friendly.

Verified Renter Generally my neighbor hood is pretty safe. We have lot of kids here. Most of them are respectful but some are not. Just your typical run of the mill apartment complex. I have felt pretty safe here up until recently, when my car got broken into and robbed. We have yet to catch who did it. The worst part is that he not in broke into my car but four or five more within a 100 ft radius. I’m very disappointed that this has happened and there are no cameras or any kind of safety precaution to the apartment building... read more
